General Summary:
The Business Banker is responsible for performing intermediate duties and support related to branch operational activities and financial services; handles all teller transactional activity, processes all new account transactions; assisting customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services; cross-selling the Bank's products and services; opening, maintaining and closing of all account types; performing branch clerical duties; promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. What does it take to be an Employee Relations Specialist?
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and work experience in training, employee development or a related field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree in human resources or related field and at least 3 year of experience in training, employee development or a related field. In lieu of an associate’s degree, a high school diploma or equivalency degree and at least 5 years of experience in training, employee development or a related field.
